A monthly plan for legal and compliance professionals who track permit-limit exceedances across Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. Sold as individual seats.

Watchlists with email alerts are included. Alert sign-ups are paused while recurring collection is verified end to end, so nothing is dispatched today. Subscribing does not depend on alerts being enabled, and billing is not deferred until they are.

The first 30 days are free, and no payment details are required to start. If you add a payment method, the subscription continues after the 30 days at $199 per seat per month, billed monthly via Stripe, and auto-renews until you cancel. If you do not, it ends after the 30 days and you are not charged. See Terms §15.
